Meet your guide…

Kimberly Didrikson

I’m Kimberly Didrikson, a mom of three and the founder of Learning Motherhood. I had spent 15 years growing my career at a Fortune 100 company and managed teams with portfolios of over $20 million in yearly sales… yet nothing prepared me for growing and birthing a child and returning to work.

I imagined I’d take a short parental leave then get back to my job, adding the title of “Mom” to my resume. Instead I experienced a loss of identity, postpartum depression, a drastic shift in my priorities and a tremendous lack of support. If only there’d been a resource to help me (and my employer!) navigate motherhood and a career in the same way mothers’ groups helped me navigate sleep regressions and feeding schedules.

That’s what I want for you and that’s why I created Learning Motherhood—an educational community for soon-to-be-moms, working moms and their employers to confidently navigate the transition into motherhood and back to work.

I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to providing you with the support you deserve.
