About The Founder

Kimberly Didrikson spent 15 years at a Fortune 100 company, managing teams with portfolios of $20 million in yearly sales…and then she discovered that becoming a parent was the most challenging job of all. Having a baby turned this former-workaholic’s life upside-down, and the unsustainable travel demands  of her career after the birth of her second child ultimately caused her to temporarily transition into full-time motherhood. But Kimberly was determined to use her experience to change the future of workplaces for parents. Following a bout with postpartum depression, Kimberly gained confidence in raising her three children, all while becoming an entrepreneur. Her deep passion for supporting working parents while simultaneously helping organizations embrace growing families is at the forefront of humanizing the workplace.
