Founder Kimberly Didrikson resides in Huntington Beach, CA with her husband, three children, and two dogs. She entered motherhood five years ago and now has two boys ages five and three and a one year old baby girl. She spent 15 years growing her career at a fortune 100 company. She has held roles in business development, account management, was part of building a new sales division and managed teams with portfolios of over 20 million in yearly sales. Her career was essentially her baby and then she had a REAL baby which absolutely turned her world upside down. Pregnant with her first child she imagined she would simply take a short maternity leave then drop her kid off at daycare and add Mom as a new role on her resume. What really happen is she battled postpartum depression, was lost in her new identity as a mom, wife, and individual. After being on short-term disability she returned to work and started finding herself again, but her priorities had drastically shifted. The once workaholic had to adjust schedules, prioritize on a level she had never done before, and figure out how to balance her family at work and her family at home. Ultimately, her job role changed while she was on maternity leave with her second child and it required more travel then she could realistically accommodate. She made the most difficult decision thus far and left her career. As she transitioned full time into motherhood, she found confidence in her role as a care provider. She also discovered a deep passion for supporting working mothers through the transition into motherhood, while also helping organizations retain their mothers as they enter into a new season of life with the growth of their families.
Kimberly has a bachelor degree in Business of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, Smithfield, RI.
