You must always put your oxygen mask on first; never stop doing the work of getting to know yourself better, so you can advocate for yourself and the people you card about, and so that you can ask/negotiate for you want and deserve; celebrate the big and small wins of your life every damn day…look for reasons to pop champagne and celebrate your life

Always find ways to invest in yourself…in your mind, body/fitness, growth game. Well resourced women are a force and we need a lot more women stepping into our power, and showing up big for our big, badass lives.
