This offering involves reviewing company culture strategies to insure the family program that is developed aligns with the overall mission of the organization.
Management Training
We can insure company culture initiatives related family leave and return for work programs are aligned within the entire organization from all management levels. We provide training that includes communication strategies and tools to assist in creating the best environment for parents leaving and returning from maternity/paternity leave.
Reduced Versions of our Classes are Available in Person or Virtually
Working moms class - Focused on educational based tools to help support mothers returning back to work.
Maternity/baby 101 class - Support working moms in preparation of going on maternity leave and providing resources to help with the transition of pregnancy to having a newborn.
We are available for workshops and speaking engagements onsite as well
